Over the years, Machado Construction, Inc. has always chosen to remain a small business in order to promise outstanding service to its client. We take every single project extremely serious and make it our personal goal to completely satisfy all of our client’s needs

Machado Construction, Inc. was started in 1982 by owner Hector Machado. He has over 30 years of experience as a licensed contractor. He has an impeccable record and has a strong reputation which he takes much pride in. He understands how difficult it can be for homeowners to confide in their contractors, and for this reason, focuses greatly on building a trustworthy relationship with all his clients. 

We are located in Downey, California. We service greater Los Angeles, Orange County, Long Beach, and all cities within proximity. Some cities and areas we have already served include, but are not limited to: Downey, Lakewood, Belmont Shore, Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, Carson, Bellflower, Norwalk, South Gate, Huntington Park, Hawthorne, Compton, Pico Rivera, Whittier, El Monte, La Mirada, La Habra, Fullerton, Placentia, Yorba Linda, and many more! 

Remember that YOU are hiring the contractor. Therefore, you should interview the contractor, ask if they will actually be present during the project, as most salespeople will not, ask them to show you samples of previous jobs, including pictures or tours of past clients that had the same work done to their homes. Look up their license by visiting the California State License Board website.  Lastly, visit their Yelp! page to get feedback from past clients!     

 The larger a business becomes, the harder it becomes to provide great service to the individual. With larger businesses, you might end up dealing with several different managers, estimators, and supervisors. This is what separates us from many other companies. Machado Construction chooses to remain a small business in order to promise outstanding service. Instead of dealing with various people, we promise that you will only have to deal with one person: the owner. 

 We offer a full line of construction services and home renovations, specializing in room additions, kitchen and bathroom remodeling. We do all types of home improvements from fixing a crack on a wall to creating a whole new room addition. No residential job is too small or too big for us.
